Comments: I needed to have my carpet re-stretched. Several buckled spots had it looking really old. Travis came out with a power stretcher and made it look near new again. And while not originally part of the service call, I asked about cleaning the carpet afterwards. The additional fee for the cleaning service, since he was already there, was impossible to say no to. Scheduling and pre-appointment communication was great as well; getting the quote, setting the appointment around my schedule and letting me know when they were on the way. Awesome.

Comments: WOW - Craig Barela did a really great job. He did a pretreatment, power scrub of high traffic areas, Pot treatment, and Scotch Guard. He was finished in a little over an hour and was very affordable. I have been in my home for over 12 years and this was the best carpet cleaning that I have ever had. I will certainly have him back when needed and I recommend him highly. He Also does other related services as well.

Comments: Craig picked up two wool area rugs for cleaning and did a fantastic job. My only issue was I had to call him to find out when my rugs would be done after almost four weeks. He immediately apologized and scheduled delivery. He even helped me secure the pad before laying down the large rug. Will definitely use again.

Comments: The young man was very polite and his wife who does th booking is very pleasant and friendly. Was disappointed with the cleaning. I know the kitchen was the worst area and he said he cleaned it twice but when I went to wipe up a spot this morning (the day after) it still came up dirty. And the grout in the rest of the house is very erratic, which you can't tell when it's wet. Their very reasonable is about all I can say. And we were his last stop of the day. 5pm After this review, Craig called and when I described to him the problem he explained that the pressure iexplained-that the pressure valve on his machine was the problem and he had siince replaced it and would be happy to come out and redo the floor. Which he did and know it looks great and I would definitely have him back

We did not opt for legal representation, so we thought we would try an independent carpet person. Comments: This was a strictly no hidden cost price! They told me $75.00 over the phone before seeing my carpets, and told me there would be NO up-charges! I was nervous because I have a new puppy who has completely trashed my carpets. However C&C kept their word- only $75.00 and they did such an amazing job! Wonderful family orientated beach business! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for carpet care!

I reached to them first on a Sunday nt at 10pm and they emailed me back immediately The next morning Chris, the owener called me and gave me a a quote and an appointment. They arrived, 30 min before schedule, it never happens these days! The carpet by the door had been ripped off my kitty who had been accidentally locked in the room. Chris recommended we'd not patch it as it would show the seem and he said he'd try his best to just re-glue it. It came out amazing and all for $150 instead of replacing the carpet in the whole room for approx. $600.00- thanks a million!! :-)

Comments: Cleaned all our carpet and did a great job. We live in a condo on the fourth floor and it was a lot of work to get the equipment to reach all the rooms but they were able to accomplish the task and did so quickly and efficiently.

Comments: I called this company out of 3 that was recommended and was surprised about the pleasant and knowledgeable voice answering all my questions. I made the decision to use C&C and especially liked the no add on fees. Craig arrived on time and reviewed the steps he would be taking and kept the original price. I was really impressed when they brought in the scrubbing machine. Most carpet cleaner I have used never used a scrubber. My floor had puppy urine all over while trying to house train him and really needed cleaned. I would recommend C&C Carpet Care and will be using them again.
